摘要：

目的：探讨优质护理对泌尿外科留置双J管患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取泌尿外科留置双J管患者40例，按照护理方式的不同，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组20例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采用优质护理，对两组患者生活质量以及并发症情况进行观察比较。结果：观察组结石形成、血尿等并发生发生率显著低于对照组，差异比较具有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）；观察组躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能等患者生活质量显著优于对照组，差异比较具有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论：对泌尿外科留置双J管患者应用优质护理，能显著减少患者并发症发生情况，提高治愈效果，对患者生活质量的改善具有重要的积极意义，值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the quality care for quality of life in patients with urological indwelling double J tube. Method To select 40 patients during the indwelling double J tube Urology,in accordance with the care of different ways,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 patients in the control group received routine care,20 patients in the observation group received high-quality care,quality of life and complications for the patients of two groups were observed and compared. Results The incidence of com-plications such as stone formation、hematuria was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P﹤0. 05);quality of life in patients such as physical function,emotional function,role function in observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Quality care for Urology patients with indwelling double J tube can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,improve healing effect. There is a positive significance in improving the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
