复方樟柳碱治疗前房积血的疗效观察

摘要：

目的：观察复方樟柳碱治疗前房积血的疗效。方法：应用以复方樟柳碱为主的药物治疗手段治疗前房积血80例，对积血吸收的时间，视力恢复情况等进行观察。结果：前房积血I级者45眼(56.25%)，积血吸收平均时间72h/3d，Ⅱ级者15眼(18.75% )，积血吸收平均时间为120h/5d，Ⅲ级者20眼(25.0% )，积血吸收平均时间为216h/9d。80眼前房积血75眼治愈，视力或纠正视力达1.0以上，治愈率93.75%。结论：复方樟柳碱治疗前房积血，积血吸收快，无明显不良反应。　ObjectiveToobservetheeffectofcompoundanisodineforhyphema.Method 80patientswithhyphemaweretreatedincompoundanisodine，andmadeobservationinthetimeofhyphemaabsorbingandtheconditionofvisionrecover.ResultsThemeanab-sorbingtimeofhyphemaIgrade45eyes(56.25%)were72h/3d，Ⅱgrade15eyes(18.75%)were120h/5d，Ⅲ grade20eyes(25.0%)were216h/9d.75eyeswerecurein80eyes，andthevisionorthecorrectvisionwere1.0morethan，thecureratewas93.75%.ConclusionCompoundanisodinetreatshyphema，itisfastinhematoceleabsorbing，anditisnotobviousside-effect.
