摘要：

目的：探讨中度、重度慢性心力衰竭患者心功能改善对肾功能恢复的影响。方法：选取收治的60例中度、重度心力衰竭并发肾功能不全患者，对其进行心功能分级，Ⅲ、Ⅳ级患者分别分A，B组，分别观察比较其治疗前后血尿素氮（ BUN）、血肌酐（ Cr）、尿酸（ UA）、胱抑素C（ CysC）等各项指标的变化。结果：A组患者经抗心衰治疗后BUN、Cr、UA、CysC较治疗前明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.01），B组患者经抗心衰治疗后Cr、UA、CysC较治疗前明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论：中度、重度心衰患者随着心功能改善，其肾功能有所恢复。 Objective To explore effect of cardiac function improvement on the recovery of renal fuction in patients with moderate/se-vere chronic heart failure. Method 60 moderate/severe chronic heart failure patients with renal insufficiency were divided into two groups accroding to cardiac function( A group:New York heart functionⅢlevel,B group:New York heart functionⅣlevel). The changes of blood urea nitrogen( BUN),serum creatinine( Cr),serum uric acid( UA),serum cystatin C( CysC)in subjects were observed respectively during hospitalisation. Results The BUN,serum Cr,serum UA,serum CysC levels in A group were lower after heart failure treatment. Every figures were significant statistic differences norm differences before and after the treatment( P﹤0. 01)The serum Cr,serum UA,serum CysC levels in A group were lower after heart failure treatment. Every figures were significant statistic differences before and after the treatment( P﹤0. 05). Conclusion With the cardiac function improvement in patients with moderate/severe chronic heart failure,their renal function re-covers partly.
