奥氮平对老年痴呆伴发精神行为障碍患者的治疗研究

摘要：

目的：评价奥氮平对老年痴呆伴发精神行为障碍的治疗效果。方法：选择131例老年痴呆伴发精神行为障碍的患者分成研究组66例和对照组65例。对照组使用利培酮治疗,研究组使用奥氮平治疗。对比两组的治疗效果、不良反应及治疗后的空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油。结果：两组相比,以研究组治疗的总有效率较高、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油较高,不良反应较低。结论：奥氮平虽能有效地提高老年痴呆伴发精神行为障碍患者的治疗效果,但其会影响脂代谢。 Objective To study the treatment of mental behavior with senile dementia disorders with olanzapine.Method 131 cases of senile dementia with mental disorder were divided into study group with 66 cases and control group with 65 cases.The control group used risperidone,the study group used olanzapine.Therapeutic effect,adverse reaction of two groups and after treatment and fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triacylglycerol three were compared.Results The two groups were compared,Total efficiency,fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride three were higher in the study group,adverse reactions was lower in the study group.Conclusion Olanzapine can effectively improve the senile dementia in patients with mental disorders treatment effect,but it can affect lipid metabolism.
