摘要：

目的：探讨16排螺旋CT双下肢血管造影与DSA对照分析及临床应用价值。方法：就24例临床疑有下肢动脉疾病者行CTA检查，并行DSA检查及治疗，对双侧或单侧下肢图像进行比较分析，观察血管有无附壁血栓、钙化、狭窄程度、有无侧支循环建立等。结果：24例48条肢体血管重建图像显示良好，DSA造影与CTA结果基本一致。结论：16层螺旋CT双下肢血管造影能清晰地显示下肢动脉及其病变，并与DSA造影结果吻合。因此，双下肢动脉CTA检查可以对下肢动脉疾病提供明确诊断，并为是否需DSA检查治疗及术前评价提供良好依据。 Objective To discuss the values of 16 row spiral CT and DSA for double lower limb angiography on contrast analysis andclinical applicationMethod In 24 patients with lower extremity artery disease underwent CTA examination，and underwent DSA examination and treatment，and bilateral or unilateral lower limb image was comparied and analyzed，observation of vascular has or hasn′t muralthrombus，calcification，degree of stenosis，with and without collateral circulation establishmentResults In 24 patients with 48 limbs vascular reconstruction images showed good，DSA angiography results were consistent with CTAConclusion Double lower limb angiography 16row spiral CT can clearly show the lower limb artery and its pathological changes，and was consistent with DSA imagingsTherefore，doublelower extremity arterial CTA can provide a definite diagnosis of lower extremity arterial disease，Whether you will need the DSA examinationand treatment and provide a good basis for preoperative evaluation
