目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声在下肢静脉血栓诊断中的应用价值。方法：对30例下肢深静脉血栓患者进行超声检查，观察血栓部位、范围、血栓回声特征及管腔血流情况。结果：急性下肢静脉血栓形成后静脉内径增宽，管腔不能压闭，血栓表现为均质低回声慢性血栓回声为不均质较高回声，血栓部位血流信号消失或充盈缺损。结论：彩色多普勒超声对下肢静脉血栓的诊断具有重要价值，但是要掌握一定的技巧，避免漏诊。 Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis.MethodUltrasonography was performed on 30 patients with deep vein thrombosis，thrombosis，to observe thrombosis site，range，echo characteristicsand the lumen of blood flow.Results After acute venous thrombosis，vein diameter widened，Lumen could not be pressed colsed thrombosisshowed homogeneous low echo，chronic thrombosis echo was heterogeneous high echo，flow signal of thrombus site disappeared or fillingdefect.Conclusion There is the important value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of venous thrombosis of the lower limbs，but tomaster certain skills，to avoid missed diagnosis.
