综合呼吸功能训练在食管癌患者围手术期的应用价值

目的：对食管癌患者进行综合呼吸训练,观察其患者术后肺部功能的预后效果及影响。方法：选择行手术的食管癌患者112例,并根据术前肺功能、血气分析结果选择无呼吸系统基础病病例按随机法分成对照组和治疗组两组,每组各56例。对照组予以常规护理;治疗组在予以常规的护理的同时,围手术期给予综合呼吸功能训练,分别在手术后第5天抽血查血气分析、第10天进行肺功能检查。结果：治疗组并发症发生率为5%,对照组并发症发生率为20%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：综合呼吸功能训练可以增强食管癌患者围手术期的患者的呼吸功能,可以有效地促进围手术期的食管癌患者呼吸功能的恢复,对食管癌围手术期有重要的临床意义。 Objective Through the study on esophageal cancer patients who receive the respiratory training,to observe the effect of respiratory training on pulmonary postoperative complication and pulmonary function.Method 112 patients who were open chest operation of cardiothoracic surgery were included,and informed consents were obtained from the patients.56 newly identified patients with respiratory training were compared with 56 controls,according to respiratory ventilation function and indexes of arterial blood-gas.Results The morbidity was 83.3% in treatment group and 62.8% in control group,respectively.Clinical difference between the two groups of indicators were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Blood gas was analyzed in the fifth day after the operation and pulmonary function was analyzed in the tenth day after the operation.Conclusion Peri operation period of patients with esophageal carcinoma are safe and efficient,and it can shorten postoperative hospital stay,reduce medical cost and accelerate recovery of gut function.
