目的:通过采用高频彩色多普勒超声(彩超)对乳腺增生继发小乳癌进行诊断,从而分析其诊断价值.方法:采用回顾分析法对乳腺增生继发小乳癌患者资料中的二维声像、频谱、彩色多普勒等进行分析,从而体现高频彩超的应用价值.结果:乳腺增生继发小乳癌患者的二维声像图、彩色多普勒血流发生改变,肿块周围的动脉呈现粗大状.结论:高频彩超提高了乳腺增生继发小乳癌的确认率,缩短了诊断时间,值得临床推广与应用. Objective Through the use of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of breast hyperplasia secondary small breast cancer,and to evaluate the diagnostic value of.Methods Retrospective analysis method to analyze the two dimensional ultrasound the breast hyperplasia secondary small breast cancer patients in the data spectrum,color Doppler,which reflects the application value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound.Results Two-dimensional ultrasound,color Doppler flow in breast hyperplasia of breast cancer patients with small change,mass surrounding the artery showed rough shape.Conclusion High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound improves the confirmation hyperplasia secondary breast small breast cancer.
