板蓝根与抗内毒素药效作用及化学基础研究

摘要：
目的:探讨板蓝根抗内毒素的作用效果.方法:两组均通过板蓝根处理小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞,试验组另使用LPS 刺激,观察TNF-α和IL-6 的产生情况.结果:板蓝根预处理小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞能明显降低TNF-α和IL-6 的量(P＜0.05 ),抑制率有差异.结论:板蓝根抗内毒素作用效果明显. The role of anti-endotoxin Radix effect.Methods Two groups of mice were treated via Radix peritoneal macrophages,another test group using LPS stimulation was observed TNF-α and IL-6 production situation.Results Radix mouse peritoneal macrophages pretreatment significantly reduced TNF-α and IL-6 in volume(P＜0.05),inhibition rate differences.Conclusion Radix anti- endotoxin effect is obvious.
