目的：观察LEEP联合药物内服外敷治疗中重度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法：选择符合入选标准的中重度宫颈糜烂患者90例，随机分为治疗组（45例）和对照组（45例），其中治疗组在常规行宫颈 LEEP 术后，以云南白药药粉喷敷宫颈表面，并口服中药煎剂；对照组单用 LEEP 术治疗。两组都连续观察随访三个月，并于不同时期进行疗效评价以及术后并发症的观察。结果：治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组，其对术后并发症（排液、出血、感染）的控制均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：LEEP联合药物内服外敷治疗中重度宫颈糜烂疗效显著，且能明显控制术后并发症的发生。 ObjectiveTo observe the effects of LEEP combined with drug for internal and external application in the treatment of moderate to severe cervical erosion.Method90 patients with moderate and severe cervical erosion underwent LEEP were randomly divided into 2 groups.，45 cases in the treatment group and 45 cases in the control group.Patients in the treatment group were given Chinese medicine for oral and Yunnanbaiyao. Patients in the control group were given no therapeutic method.The two groups were all observed and followed for three months.We observed the curative effect and postoperative complications.ResultsAfter treatment，it had statistically significant difference after the test，the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group.And its control of postoperative complications (drainage，hemorrhage，infection) was superior to the control group.ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of the treatment of LEEP combined rug for internal and external application in the treatment of moderate to severe cervical erosion is exact.And it can significantly control the occurrence of postoperative complications.
