目的:观察腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的效果.方法:回顾性分析应用腹腔镜治疗的36例异位妊娠的临床资料,其中26例行输卵管切除术,10例行切开取胚术.对照组25例行传统经腹输卵管妊娠手术.结果:进行临床比较,比较两组患者住院时间、术中出血量、术后自如活动、恢复家务的时间,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:腹腔镜为治疗异位妊娠一种理想的手术方式,已有取代开腹手术的趋势. Objective Laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy clinical application of analysis.Methods 36 cases of laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy clinical data were analyzed,of which 26 cases of tubal surgery,10 patients underwent surgical incision embryo. Control group of 25 regular traditional tubal pregnancy after abdominal surgery.Results Clinical comparison,two groups were compared hospitalization time,blood loss,postoperative ease operations,rehabilitation of housework time,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy is an ideal surgical method,the trend has been to replace open surgery.
