目的:观察女性更年期抑郁患者体内血清卵泡刺激素(Follicle stimulating hormone,FSH),雌二醇(Estrogen,E2)及5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)的表达水平,并探讨其临床意义.方法:选择42例女性更年期抑郁患者设为观察组,并同期选择健康体检更年期妇女40例作为对照组,检测其血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)及5-羟色胺(5-HT)的表达水平.结果:观察组血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),而血清雌二醇(E2)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)表达水平明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:女性更年期抑郁患者体内雌激素水平明显下降,负反馈性升高卵泡刺激素,并导致5-羟色胺表达水平显著下降,故临床治疗更年期抑郁患者时应补充雌激素采取激素替代(HRT)治疗. Abstract:Objective To observe the expression of serum follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol and 5-hydroxyltryptamine in menopausal patients with depression,and investigate the clinical significance.Methods The expression of serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2 ) and 5-hydroxy tryptamine(5-HT) in 42 patients was detected.At the same time,40 cases of healthy Menopause women were detected as the control group.Results The expression of serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),while the expression of serum estradiol(E2 ) and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The expression of estrogen in menopausal patients with depression decreased,and follicle stimulating hormone elevated with negative feedback.It leaded to the expression of 5-hydroxytryptamine decreased significantly.Therefore,hormone replacement therapy(HRT) should be taken in the clinical treatment.
