目的:探讨多项指标联合检测法在凶险型前置胎盘早期诊断中的应用.方法:凶险型前置胎盘患者15例,采用多项目联合检测法检测.结果:凶险型前置胎盘15例患者经黑白超声检查、彩色多普勒超声检查、血AFP、CK监测等方法联合检测,经病理检测证实符合率为100％.结论:多项指标联合检测法适用于早期诊断凶险型前置胎盘患者,具有重要的社会和经济学价值,可减少产后出血及并发症的发生. Abstract:Objective To study of the application of combined indexes detection method in the early diagnosis of pernicious placenta previa. Methods 15 cases of patients with pernicious placenta previa,detection using combined indexes detection method.Results 15 cases of pernicious placenta previa patients by black and white,ultrasonography,color Doppler ultrasonography,blood AFP,CK monitoring,joint detection,confirmed by pathological examination confirmed that the coincidence rate is 100%.Conclusion Combined indexes detection method,suitable for the early diagnosis of pernicious placenta previa patients,with social and economic value,could reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and complications.
