摘要：

目的：探讨不孕患者的心理状况及给予护理干预后的效果评价。方法：将100例不孕症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表（SAS）及Zung氏抑郁自评量表（SDS）测定其干预前后两组患者的心理状况,并对两组测定数据进行Spass13.0统计学分析、对照。结果：观察组的SAS、SDS评分较对照组有了明显的降低（P＜0.05）。结论：通过有效的护理干预,可帮助不孕症患者改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高治疗效果及患者生活质量。 Objective Aim To investigate the psychological status of infertile patients and nursing intervention after effect. Methods2012 November to 2013 June to 100 cases of infertility patients with the reproductive center hospital, were randomly divided into the observation group and 50 cases in the control group, By using Zung's Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) determination of the psychological condition of two groups of patients before and after the intervention, And the two groups of measured data were analyzed in statistics, Spass13.0. ResultsThe observation group SAS, SDS score than the control group significantly decreased (P＜0.05) ConclusionThe effective nursing intervention can help patients with infertility, improve the anxiety and depression, improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of the patients.
